Russell Simmons you need to expand the rush card by making it able to people outside of america.You need to bring it to people in canada.That would be the best the thing for you to do if you would like to keep the rush card going.
I'm really disappointed with the Rush Card customer service. I have called 5 times and each time when I'm transferred to customer service, the line drops. I selected apply for a card and of course, that worked. Then the recording said there was a high call volume and I could leave a message. Guess what, the voice mailbox was full. I'm in the military living in Germany. I should not have aproblem withdrawing my money or contacting a service rep. Russ should test out his own product once in a while as a quality control check. And I still can't figure out why when I log into the website, I have to enter my number and password two times. The website could also use improvement.
Well I have have the RushCard, and I've read good reviews about it on their website. However, a co-worker of mine informed me that our employer did not accept her RushCard for direct deposit. I'm not sure if it was due to an input error on her part or what, I haven't started my direct deposit yet, so I hope they accept mine. The card features are great. One thing they need to do is provide wage&account garnishment protection. I wrote them about it and they gave me a rather vague answer.

RUSSEL SIMMONS YOU SHOULD BE HELPING INSTEAD IT LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE MILKING US SLOWLY FOR WHAT WE HAVE WITH YOUR RUSH CARD AND YOUR OPERATORS THAT ALWAYS SAY SORRY AND NEVER HELP RESOLVE A SITUATION. AND I GUESS I WILL NEVER GET MY $5 FOR ACTIVATING MY CARD. THATS OUT THE WINDOW. SO FAR IM NOT HAPPY WITH THE CARD OR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
